Pre-Order Policy:

Any pre-orders placed in respect to the product by the manufacturer will reserve a customer a quantified amount within their order for specificize release date of the product. However, if allocations to Rimrock Hobbies LLC is lesser than total amount of demand from customers. Rimrock Hobbies LLC will communicate with customers for partial fulfillment of an order and or if no allocation can be given to customer, a complete refund will be given to the customer. Rimrock Hobbies LLC will not split up orders if two or more pre-orders have separate release dates. An order contents will be shipped out at the same time once all product becomes available to be released on or after release date depending on distribution logistics of product arrival. Cancellation of pre-orders from a customer must be communicated to Rimrock Hobbies LLC, any disputed charge without notification to Rimrock Hobbies LLC may affect future orders with us regardless of pre-orders or in-stock orders.

Warranty Policy:

Rimrock Hobbies LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Defects including but not limited to, paint quality, paint color, scratch marks, glue marks, imperfections, stop running for any reason, etc. Products with these issues and others should be returned to the manufacturer since they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping Policy:

Rimrock Hobbies LLC will ship products within 24-48 hours if product is on hand. We’ll notify a customer if a product shows “in-stock” on our website but is en-route to Rimrock Hobbies LLC and or accessible to our distributor. Shipping may be delayed until product is in Rimrock Hobbies LLC possession and then product shipping will then initiate within 24-48 hours to be processed to the customer. Any damaged product received to a customer from a shipping carrier will receive a full refund.

International Shipping Policy:

Rimrock Hobbies LLC, at this time decline any international shipping orders unless a customer has arranged with a third party with a valid United States shipping address. Rimrock Hobbies LLC is not liable for any import and or duties owed.

Return Policy:

A customer has 30 calendar days from date of purchase to return a non-electronic product purchased in-store and or through Rimrock Hobbies LLC website with a 20% restocking fee. All electronic sales are final.
